- Perform repair and maintenance to include, but not limited to, fiberglass hull repair, patching, welding, metal forming, metal forming, sheet metal work, minor body repair, fender repair, engine maintenance, and repair for both inboard and outboard motors.  Provide day-to-day general support shop activities. - Able to service and repair jet and propeller dive systems and gearing. Shall perform basic electrical repair and troubleshooting for ignition, lighting, panel controls, accessories, and DC output points. - Service and repair boat trailers in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Provide ILS and configuration management and assistance, including research and analysis in support of CNAP staff personnel. Assistance includes the identification of ILS elements, including parts and training needed to support shipboard systems; 3M maintenance and material self-assessment efforts; ILS tracking and processing of deliverables associated with Alteration Installation Teams (AIT) and shipboard modernization; resolution of ILS deficiencies and support of the CNAP Carrier Maintenance Support Centers, Naval Tactical Command Support Systems (NTCSS) and Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM), and Technical Library Management System program applications support.   Develop and/or update training schedules and POA&M for OMMS-NG/AWN, CSMP Management, Validation Program, Carrier MSC, and technical assist/assessment visits. The contractor shall provide in the schedule or POA&M a time-line showing the training dates for each functional area by hull (each hull should receive four sessions of one -week MSC refresher training classes and one session of 3 weeks OMMS-NG user training per year).   Validation Program and Self Assessment management training should be included in, or scheduled in conjunction with, OMMS-NG training wherever practical. The time-line shall include the classroom location and instructor for each class scheduled   As required by CNAP, analyze the accuracy and completeness of the ships 3M Maintenance and Material Data reporting to NAVSEALOGCEN (NSLC) from OMMS-NG and R-Supply data.   Coordinate and/or execute the delivery to the ships Maintenance Support Center (MSC) copies of Problem Work Sheets (PWS), COSAL Addendums and OMMS-NG work file sheets applicable to ILS assessment events. The contractor shall enable the ship’s MSC to monitor and track applicable configuration Additions, Changes and Deletions. Thereby, should the need arise, MSC personnel can facilitate those additions, changes or deletions to the ships configuration database in OMMS-NG prior to receipt of event updates from the Weapon System File (WSF) or NAVSUP’s Enterprise Resource Program (ERP).    Document the findings of the evaluation in a report detailing discrepant and less than fully functional work processes for each functional area listed in paragraphs (d) and (e) above and/or as specified in references (a), (b), and (j). Interface with CNAP N432 for specific report format and content. The report shall include a recommended corrective action for each reported item and overall conclusions and recommendations for MSC current process and procedural improvements.

The successful candidate will provide support to the U.S. Navy, NSWC Philadelphia Division in Newport News, VA and Chesapeake, VA.  Job responsibilities will include:   In support of NSWCPD Division 23 and NAVSEA PMS 379, the candidate shall provide program management support to the Advanced Weapons Elevator Program for CVN Class ships.     The candidate shall develop, update and maintain the overall PMS 379 Advanced Weapons Elevator Program Integrated Master Schedule developed for the using the Primavera Tool.   The candidate shall incorporate the existing AWE schedules, make improvements to the IMS and IMS tools as directed by the AWE Program Manager. This tasking includes integrating the existing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) into an overarching Master Scheduling, detailing all phases of the AWE program. This includes the sustainment and maintenance strategy and process to revise the IMS and maintain configuration control of the IMS throughout the life of the project.   Continue the sustainment and maintenance strategy and process to revise the IMS and maintain configuration control of the IMS throughout the life of the project.   Support the development and streamlining of program controls processes, tools and best practices.   The IMS includes Industry-standard program/project management artifacts documenting requirements definition, financial management, staffing, baseline establishment, etc.

Draft CNO availability schedule change messages for release as required to promulgate changes to near term CNO availability dates. Manage CNSL CNO availability schedule change proposals through chop chain for concurrence prior to message release. TYCOM CNO Availability Scheduler and Coordinator will enter all changes to or creation of CNO availabilities in Navy Data Environment (NDE) for CNSL ships and designated shore sites. Review NDE entries for CNSL ships and designated shore sites to ensure data validity. Provide NDE generated CNO availability schedules or reports as requested. TYCOM CNO Availability Scheduler and Coordinator will review message traffic for requests to change CNO availability dates, messages that impact or affect CNO availability planning or execution, or messages that deal with long range maintenance planning which should be brought to attention of others in the N43 directorate. Disseminate CNSL sent CNO messages on CNO availabilities to designated planning stakeholders. TYCOM CNO Availability Scheduler and Coordinator will participate in Long Range Maintenance Planning (LRMP) discussions and decision-making processes to represent surface ship scheduling interests, this includes Surface Master Plan (SMP), Availability Duration Scorecard (ADS) review, and CNSL instruction review and rewrite. Participate in Fleet Forces Command (FFC) quarterly schedule review process. TYCOM CNO Availability Scheduler and Coordinator will coordinate with other CNSL N43 personnel on changes to CNO availability execution that have potential to impact CNO availability duration and require schedule change. Coordinate with CNSL N43 and CNSL N3 personnel on potential operational impacts or scheduling concerns relative to accomplishing TYCOM maintenance objectives. TYCOM CNO Availability Scheduler and Coordinator will provide as needed communication with the Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs), System Commands (SYSCOMs), Fleet Forces, Commander Surface Fleet Pacific (CNSP) and Naval Shipyard maintenance schedulers using official naval message traffic, e-mail correspondence, scheduled meetings and various conferences to ensure short term CNO maintenance availabilities align to port workloads and drydock availabilities. Disseminate any RMC or CNSP provided CNO availability schedules within CNSL N43 and as designated. TYCOM CNO Availability Scheduler and Coordinator will act the CNSL liaison with points of contact from Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV), U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC), and SYSCOM staffs to ensure long term schedules support Fleet Forces Command, Global Force Management (GFM) and OPNAV N43 Capability Plan time lines. TYCOM CNO Availability Scheduler and Coordinator will review instructions or guidance that are concerned with or connected to CNO availability schedules, duration or planning. Provide recommendations for changes or corrections as requested.
