Gryphon Technologies is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with daily operations within the Accounts Payable Department.    This individual will administer the Accounts Payable function within the organization's established policies. The candidate will communicate with external vendors, process invoices and ensure they are paid according to terms and discounts agreed upon, and suggest improvements in processes to increase the efficiency of the department.   Duties will include but are not limited to the following:   - Provide full cycle accounts payable support. - Communicate with employees, company sites and vendors via phone or email regarding their invoices and/or payments in a prompt and professional manner. - Review and process employee expense reports in Deltek Time & Expense - Accurately reconcile, code and key in vendor invoices / expense reports to ensure employees and outside vendors are paid in accordance with company policies and/or vendor contract terms. - Perform timely and accurate weekly vendor and employee check runs, EFT's, ACHs and/or wires. - Reconcile vendor statements and researching vendor payments. - Maintain and update AP master files, system tables and configurations to ensure system performance and data integrity. - Providing support in the Month/Quarter/Year end closing processes and/or audits, to include 1099 preparation and AP sub-ledger to General Ledger reconciliation. - Enforce operating standards in a professional, collaborative manner. - Support business users in the identification and resolution of AP system and process issues. - Maintain all payable records to include archiving, filing, etc. - Regularly review/edit departmental SOP and desktop procedures as needed. - Assist accounting department with other jobs as needed.

Examples of work product include responses to inquiries from DOD Components, Congress and interested stakeholders, PowerPoint slide decks, technical briefs, Program Descriptions, using text and images. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Assists the N6 in the performance of their duties related to Cyber Operations programs and policies for commands within COMNAVSURFPAC clamancy.   GENERAL DUTIES: - Technical Cyber Operations issues. - Principal point of contact to FLTCYBERCOM and NCDOC for all Cyber Operations-related development and production programs. - Maintain a close working relationship with both the technical community and the waterfront; represent fleet requirements and provides fleet feedback to the development/production process. - Assist the Information Warfare Officer, in the management of Cyber systems installations and improvements with respect to the D-30 process for Cyber Operation systems. - Develop, modify and review Cyber Operations hardware and software configuration. - Develop, research, report, and prepare correspondence concerning Cyber Operations technical and operational deficiencies in equipment, training and support to confirm the adequacy of each. - Track mission critical CASREPs, expedites technical assistance and parts delivery. - Represent COMNAVSURFPAC at various training reviews, working groups and operational advisory groups. Gryphon Technologies is currently seeking a Communications Engineer in Networked Command, Control, and Communication to support the Test and Evaluation Science and Technology Program (T&E/S&T) at the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC). TRMC invests in technologies to enhance the capabilities of the DoD Test Ranges to test the full spectrum of military capabilities in support of DoD acquisition, experimentation, prototyping, and technical demonstrations. This position will support TRMC’s efforts with spectrum management; specifically help develop strategies to overcome the impacts of spectrum sell-offs and (in some cases) increased telemetry demands on the ranges.   - Assist the Test Resource Management Centers Spectrum Portfolio Manager in the development of strategies; investments; and policies designed to mitigate the impact on frequency bands traditionally used for telemetry in Department of Defense test and evaluation.  - Work with various stakeholders to develop and review new innovative approaches to ensure telemetry capabilities meet acquisition and research and engineering requirements. - Provide insight to the TRMC Spectrum and Common Range Instrumentation portfolio manager on matters related to the functions and execution of the portfolios. - Lead and conduct research on applications of cellular technology (4G/5G) and telemetry issues, obtain relevant DoD documents, conduct studies, analyze options and develop required documentation - Obtain information on evolving spectrum and telemetry issues, assess this information for impacts, and recommend solutions. - On behalf of the TRMC, meet with DoD, Agency, Industry, and Academic stakeholders to understand new approaches and help to form and implement new policies
