Gryphon is seeking to fill immediate openings for professionals experienced in project scheduling and project controls disciplines to support our Navy customers in deploying quality weapon systems within optimal time and cost parameters.


In general, candidates should have skills and experience to perform the following activities:

  • Organizing and facilitating project planning;
  • Employing communication between project stakeholders;
  • Efficiently developing maintaining, analyzing, and reporting on Microsoft Project schedules;
  • Remain organized and keep all schedule products updated;
  • Developing schedule reports to include critical path analysis, driving paths, execution metrics, baseline metrics, and charts;
  • Providing analysis to support decisions to control project results.




  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relevant work experience (substitutions: Associates and seven (7) years of experience, High school diploma and nine (9) years of experience);
  • Proficiency with an integrated scheduling tool is required, such as MS Project/MSP, Primavera, Deltek Open Plan Professional, DCMA 14 Point assessment, or other similar tools;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; 
  • Experience building schedules or analyzing data related to projects or processes, with past experience supporting Integrated Master Plans (IMP) or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) a plus; 
  • US citizenship and either an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance required. Qualified candidates who are US citizens, but not cleared, can be sponsored for their clearance; 
  • These positions require some degree of work on-site with customers in Lexington Park, Maryland, 20653. Telework/remote work may be available for MD/DC/VA/PA/DE/WV/NC residents. Commuting and/or other expenses for required on-site visits will not be reimbursed by the company or client.
  • Earned Value Management/EVM experience is a plus.
