Gryphon is seeking candidates to fill immediate openings for schedule analysts and project management support personnel that will enable Navy Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to more rapidly and effectively deploy critical weapon systems to war-fighters across the Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Army. 


Candidates are sought who have strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Candidates should enjoy problem solving and must be willing to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Job duties will include tasks such as assisting with planning, developing, updating, and analyzing Integrated Government Schedules (IGS), evaluating Industry data (to include Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP)), developing and presenting reports, reviewing Statements of Work (SOW), identifying and analyzing Critical Path tasks, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and facilitating meetings.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of relevant work experience (substitutions: Associates and seven (7) years of experience, High school diploma and nine (9) years of experience);
  • Experience building schedules or analyzing data related to projects or processes, with past experience supporting Integrated Master Plans (IMP) or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) a plus; 
  • Pproficiency with an integrated scheduling tool such as MS Project/MSP, Primavera, Deltek Open Plan Professional, DCMA 14 Point assessment, or other similar tools required;
  • Experience supporting NAVAIR programs or competency organizations, NAVAIR support contracts or NAVAIR suppliers;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; 
  • US citizenship and either an active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance required. Qualified candidates who are US citizens, but not cleared, can be sponsored for their clearance; 
  • Earned Value Management/EVM experience is a plus.

Important Notes:

  • Telework/remote work may be available for MD/DC/VA/PA/DE/WV/NC residents. These position require some degree of work on-site with customers in Lexington Park, Maryland, 20653. Commuting and/or other expenses for required on-site visits will not be reimbursed by company or client.
  • Some training is available once hired to expand upon existing knowledge. These roles have tremendous opportunities to learn advanced skills in project scheduling and project management to enhance future career opportunities;

  • Occasional (10-15%) travel within the continental United States may be necessary for some positions.
