    Gryphon Technologies is hiring Enterprise Architects - Reference Architects to ensure Reference Architect (RA’s) align to NGA’s RA framework and support the identification of new opportunities for RAs through analysis of existing guidance and identification of gaps.  The Enterprise Architect (EA) will coordinate with Subject Matter Experts, Enterprise Engineers and Solutions Architects to identify needs for additional Reference Architectures and will coordinate with Standards Team to identify technical standards profiles for GEOINT and IT standards applicable to solutions architectures to ensure interoperability between many and diverse GEOINT and business services solutions.  Additionally, the EA will ensure that RA outputs are actionable, and are authored to provide value to a wide audience and create traceability from JARM and GEA through to authored RA guidance. 


    Duties will include but are not limited to:

    • Evaluates & recommends new technology & processes based upon cost, risk, mission
    • May oversee the work of lower level personnel



    • Top Secret (TS) security clearance with an Active Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
    • Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of experience (OR Masters + 4 years, Associates + 8 years, or 8 years professional experience in relevant field)



    • Professional certifications
    • Additional Training

    One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship required.
