    The candidate will provide financial support and analysis to the U.S. Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) including the acquisition and PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) process. The position requires project management, financial management, and budget analysis support to U.S. Navy major program managers at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY). The candidate will utilize Navy Financial Systems such as Navy ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA), Automated Funding Document System (AUTODOC), Cash Accountability System (DCAS), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), and Electronic Document Access (EDA).


    The candidate will assist in budget preparations, funding execution, and data analytics for major programs.



    A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. One to two years of related experience is desired.


    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.

    ERP experiencee required.


    One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone with initiative, as well as part of a team. A Secret Security Clearance will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
