    Collect and process field employee time records in a timely and accurate manner.



    • Collection and processing of field employee’s time records.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
    • Provide field payroll support to profit center customers as assigned.
    • Build cooperation between Shared Services Center and profit centers.
    • Receive and audit timecards for accuracy and process exception timecards.
    • Enter timecards into financial system.
    • Research and resolve non-paid active employees and contact profit centers for problem resolution.
    • Process and enter staff and field employees’ expense reports.
    • Process and enter special pays (bonuses, holidays, retros, etc.) into financial system.
    • Calculate employee wage advances.
    • Input generated payroll and billing data maintenance.
    • Tracking and data reporting.
    • Responsible for special projects as assigned, as well as other duties assigned.

    • High school diploma and related experience of one to three years and/or a combination of related post high school education and work experience
