    Responsibilities

     

    • Proactively develop and manage a network of subject matter experts.
    • Assist the Bid / Proposal manager in developing a proposal structure.
    • Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.
    • Deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.
    • Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, technical / product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
    • Present all new proposal content to the knowledgebase manager for potential re-use.
    • Proposal automation software (or similar) experience.
    • Communicate and influence at a senior level.

    Qualifications

    A bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience and two to four years of proposal preparation and analysis experience for a government contractor are required. Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint is desired.

     

    One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
