Review and analyze government provided fielding plans, Government Data Bases, proposed ships baselines changes, and coordinate with product delivery program managers and ship’s force representatives to make sure changes to ship baseline are integrated and meet CNSP mission. Provide the necessary documentation as required by the NMPMOM and USFFC/CPF Instruction 4720.3 in support of CNSP and Fleet Commanders. Specifically:
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Review and analyze data, and/or reports to ensure correct format, technical accuracy, and compliance with Navy guidance.
Expert use of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, and proficient use of MS Projects.
Able to plan tasks, POAMs, and track numerous distinct projects simultaneously.
Ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects independently with other Navy activities.
Analytical ability of problems and identification of possible resolutions, to include providing objective and clear resolution options via briefs, emails or other written documents.
Must possess strong self-initiative and ability to multi task.
Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a highly dynamic work environment.
One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. U.S. Citizenship required.
