    The qualified candidate will assist with day-to-day activities within the Business Growth department to ensure identification and development of upcoming opportunities using marketing resources. Works with Capture Managers to conduct research using various sources to develop a list of potential target opportunities and market areas. Responsible for data management of opportunities in CRM database. Responsible for knowing critical details, such as RFP release date, competition, SOW highlights, and procurement type. Responsible for tracking all Business Growth forms for pursuing targets in market area. And responsible for all Proposal meeting updates, including organizational charts, customer visits, and database updates.


    Other duties include participating and assisting with In-Process proposals (Prime and Sub), to include completing data calls; assisting with preparation and scheduling of briefs, meetings, and reviews; processing of Business Growth forms; and review, edit, and draft of proposal section.


    A Bachelor's degree is required. One year of related experience is preferred. 


    One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
