    Responsibilities

    • Administer human resources activities for a large group, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Perform a variety of complex, professional level tasks in multiple functional areas of HR, including benefits, compensation, recruiting, professional development, training, and employee relations.
    • Handle all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for placement.
    • Partner with operation centers Program Managers to support their hiring needs.
    • Handle onboarding of all new employees, such as new employee orientation, explanation of benefits, explanation of company policies, practices and procedures, verifying I-9 and E-Verify.
    • Ensure new hire and annual trainings are being completed by employees.
    • Ensure execution at the operations center level of corporate HR programs such as benefits enrollment, merit increases, annual trainings, and performance management.
    • Conduct out-processing for all assigned operation centers and coordinate with the appropriate departments.  
    • Provide guidance to managers regarding HR issues.
    • Design and runs queries and prepares various reports as requested by management.
    • Assist in development of personnel policies and procedures.
    • Participate in special projects as required.
    • Maintain current knowledge of relevant human resources procedures and practices, and relevant labor laws.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    A minimum of four years related experience is required. High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree is desired.

     

    PHR or SHRM-CP is desired.

     

    Experience using ADP Workforce Now, CostPoint, iCIMS, and NAVEX/PolicyTech is a plus.

      

    Must have experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, & SharePoint.

     

    Familiarity with compliance and government regulations is required.

     

    Must be willing to work in a fast-pace environment.

     

    One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
