    Manage shipbuilding program financial data and prepare funding documents and Task Planning Sheets.  Provide financial and management services using NAVSEA financial tools (including Standard Accounting and Reporting System (STARS), ERP, PRISMs, AUTODOC) in the areas of budget, execution, and reporting. Provide detailed reports regarding the financial status of the programs. Review, monitor, and recommend the correct appropriations when budgeting and executing. Provide financial analysis and execution, with a focus on cost estimating, program planning and analysis, budget preparation and justification, funds execution, contract analysis and earned value.


    Senior, mid-level, and junior positions are available.  Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance and relevant work experience commensurate to the position level.


    One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
