Provide life-cycle engineering, logistics, and fleet liaison support for US Navy submarine hull, mechanical, and electrical systems, including calibration of instrumentation and sensors on-board US Navy submarines.
A minimum of ten years related experience in operation, maintenance, testing and repair of HM&E equipment installed on US Navy submarines and 5 years of experience using the CRIS or MEASURE programs and in coordinating the calibration of instrumentation and sensors on-board US Navy submarines is required. Must have a a thorough understanding of Naval Calibration Instructions and policy, the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual, and the Ship Portable Electrical/Electronic Test Equipment Requirements List.
One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
