    Must be familiar with excel and Microsoft project. Must have experience with Standard Operating Procedures, program development and maturity, operations, project management, business process modeling, and continuous process improvement.  Must have experience in Critical Infrastructure Protection, Security Vulnerability Assessments, Architectural Analyses, Governance Support, Requirements Gathering and Analysis.  Examples of work will include the following:

    • Provide strategic guidance to Federal Government Branch Manager to include evaluating and recommending options
    • Preparation and updates to Acquisition Plan (AP) and Acquisition Program Baseline (APB) ensuring key milestones and achieved metrics are documented
    • Submit monthly finance reports as well as prepare monthly and quarterly updates to Director Level
    • Prepare annual Business Case (formerly OMB 300) and Resource Allocation Plan (RAP) for DHS and OMB comment/approval
    • Prepare Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) Study Plans
    • Participate and provide support to Integrated Project Teams (IPTs)
    • Prepare monthly Technology Reports and statistical analysis reports


    A minimum of eight years related experience is required.


    A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.


    One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
