Responsibilities

Perform routine contract and subcontract administration functions during the contract life cycle. This includes assisting contract managers and procurement staff with correspondence, contract daily actions, negotiations, subcontract/modification generation, contract close-out, and file maintenance. Research, analyze, coordinate, develop and maintain documentation. Effectively interact with contract managers, procurement staff, program managers, technical staff, financial staff , management, subcontractors, and customers.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

 

A minimum of two years related experience is desired.

 

One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions and prioritize work is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
