Incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and executing Human Resources programs, policies, and procedures for internal structure, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, health, and safety;
  • Managing SCA process that affect H&W payments;
  • Administering government contractor compliance reporting (AAPs, EEO-1, VETS4212, etc.); 
  • Investigating and reporting changes for several state and federal laws that affect Gryphon's business and/or workforce;
  • Managing user access with ADP WorkforceNow, iCIMS, and additional HR managed sites;
  • Overseeing day-to-day tasks of HR team members;
  • Handling employee relations;
  • Benefits administration, to include OE process and ACA Compliance;
  • Performing analysis frequently;
  • Administering annual training requirements;
  • Negotiating vendor cost(s) and providing the most cost-effective solution to Sr. Management;
  • Handling compensation plan structures and annual Performance Evaluation process; and
  • Performing additional tasks, as necessary.


Candidate must meet the following:

  • A minimum of eight years related experience is required;
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business, or related discipline is required. Masters degree is desired;
  • HR Certification is required;
  • Supervisory experience is required;
  • Must be able to travel;
  • A Security Clearance is a plus; and
  • Must pass a background investigation.

Government Contractor experience is required. An understanding of Service Contract Act (SCA) regulations is required. Experience using iCIMS and ADP WorkforceNow as an Administrator is required. Experience working with Benefits Broker and 3rd-party Vendors is a plus. Must be able to handle local and long-distance staff. History with communicating with Sr. Management and Upper Management is a must.


One must have excellent verbal  and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Incumbent must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. U.S. Citizenship required.
