Responsibilities

- Provide a variety of routine administrative support to a project.

- Work closely with Project Managers.

- Compile technical, financial, and other project data using various database programs for inclusion in reports or presentation materials.

- Maintain tactical responsibility for tracking project financials.

- Participate in special projects as required.

- Make appointments, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and coordinate activities between program management, customer, and outside parties.

Qualifications

A minimum of one year related administrative suport experience is required. A basic knowledge of program requirements, policies, and procedures is required.

 

A High School diploma is required. 

 

One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
