Information Management (IM) – Provide IM support services to the PEO LCS Activity Chief Information Officer (ACIO)/Chief Information Officer (CIO).
These support services include PEO LCS internal management and technical issues and actions as well as external liaison and support between PEO LCS, the NAVSEA CIO, the DON CIO, and other related external organizations, as required.
Information Technology (IT) – Provide IT support for programs and employees to include tasks such as IT system setup, basic troubleshooting and problem resolution coordination with IT helpdesk. Provide liaison, technical and management support to effectively provide support for the NIPRNet and SIPRNet equipment and facilities employed by PEO LCS whether these are through the Navy & Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) or follow-on system.
Information Systems (IS) – Support IS management initiatives such as developing and maintaining tools, databases, and web sites. Scheduling, setup and management of conference room IT and VTC systems.
Knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and iOS operating systems.
A minimum of one year related experience is required. Associates degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline is desired, OR a Bachelor's degree is required.
One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Secret Security Clearance will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
