Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and business management support, up to and including executive-level strategic communications, schedule and meeting coordination, executive correspondence development, document management, agenda development, and post-meeting minutes.
  • Maintains paper and electronic files, performs duplication, binding, and distribution of documents.
  • Receives and screens telephone calls.
  • Makes travel arrangements and properly maintains confidential files and reports.

Qualifications

Junior:

  • High School Diploma
  • Moderate understanding of administrative job requirements with advanced understanding of executive office responsibilities.

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications needed to perform assigned tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a security clearance.

 

Mid:

  • Requires five years of related professional experience.
  • Familiar with executive office protocols and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a security clearance.

Senior:

  • Requires fifteen years of related professional experience.
  • Familiar with executive office protocols and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Supervises and mentor less experience employees.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a security clearance.

One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
