Responsibilities

Provide program management, engineering, technical, and logistics support to NSWC Philadelphia Division for U. S. Navy aircraft carrier Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems and equipment.

 

Specifically provide support to NSWCPD C23, including the following:

  • Obtain and compile status updates from In Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs). 
  • Compile monthly expenditure reports from Technical branches.
  • Track Government Furnished Equipment and Government Furnished Information.
  • Assist Data Calls by compiling ISEA feedback. 
  • Track Design Liaison Action Request.
  • Work with ISEAs in inputting Key Events & Deliverables from Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAMs) in MPM to ensure awareness of deliverables. 
  • Provide Metrics as requested.
  • Provide grammar and formatting reviews for various products.
  • Support entry of information into MPM.
  • Provide technical reports as required and support development of various deliverables and work products.

Qualifications

A minimum of two years related experience is required.

 

A Bachelors of Science degree from an accredited college or university is required or additional experience may substitute for degree.

 

Entry level programmatic, financial and graphics support experience is required. Applicant must have experience using Microsoft Office and must have knowledge of Navy programs, organizations, and functions.

 

Familiarity with NSWCPD MPM program is a plus.

 

One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
