Responsibilities

Responsibilities include providing the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, and Pacific Fleet staff with engineering and technical support to execute the Maintenance and Material Management (3M) Program on surface ships. This type of support will require travel outside the OCONUS.

 

 

Qualifications

A minimum of eight years of related experience is required.

 

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements of experience with the following Navy systems:


1. Planned Maintenance System Management Information System (PMSMIS)

2. DoD maintenance Data System (MDS)

3. Ship Configuration and Logistic Support Information System  (SCLSIS)

4. Configuration Data Manager Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA)

5. Revised Alternative Data-flow Web (RADWEB)

6. Integrated Class Maintenance Plans (ICMP)

 

Be able to develop and manage the review of all CNSF bulk loads to ensure that all work candidates/notifications from INSURV, SURFMEPP, C5RA and various outside inspection teams.

 

Being familiar with DDG 1000 surface ship class is a plus.

 

One must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to follow directions is a must. Applicants must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. A Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one will be required. U.S. Citizenship required.
